Regulation on the form and content of the forest mark, the form of the application form or the dispatch note, the conditions and the method for marking of the felled tree, the manner of keeping records and the way of stamping or marking conifer trees.

This Regulation closely defines the exact and correct form and mandatory contents as regards the official forest marking sign/label, including various related issues such as the accompanying report, or dispatch note accompanying wood in traffic, conditions for such tree marking, and additional rules related to conifer trees intended for commercial purposes during December-January holidays (also for wood forestry products produced by timber trees in the forest or from forest trees outside forests).
