Regulation on the form and content of the request for registration of plant protection products.

This Regulation determines the form and content of the request for registration of plant protection products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The request for registration of plant protection products is submitted to the ministry responsible for agricultural affairs, and related administrative sheets and form are part of the Annex of this publication. The application for registration of plant protection products contains detailed information as listed in article 3 (data and information on the applicant; identification of plant protection product; composition of plant protection products; application/use methods; phytotoxicity; other properties; withdrawal periods and other restrictions; packaging).
