Regulation on the form, content and scope of the annual report and of the report on the use of fishing area for a period for which it was assigned to the user of that fishing area by use contract.

This Regulation prescribes the form, contents and scope of the annual report and of the report on the use of fishing area for the period for which the user had that particular fishing area assigned by a use agreement (also called Final report on the use of fishing area). The user submits the annual report and the final report to the ministry responsible for the protection and sustainable use of fish stocks and to the Environmental Protection Agency, in written and electronic form. Necessary contents of these reports are listed in articles 3 and 4.
