Abstract
This Regulation determines the form, content and scope of the final report on the use of certain fishing area.
The user sends the final report on the use of a specific fishing area to the competent national Ministry in both written and electronic form.
The final report on the use of the fishing area contains all relevant information and data shown in previous annual reports on the use of the same fishing area and its volume must be the same or greater than the volume of data contained in such annual reports.
The Annex is also part of this text (administrative reporting forms; reporting form as regards the temporary or permanently sequestered tools and gear, also fishing vessel or boats).
