Regulation on the form of the Document on the movement of hazardous waste, the form of prior notification, the manner of its delivery and instructions for their completion.

This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, provides for: the form of the Document on the movement of hazardous waste; the form of prior notification (prior informed consent rules). This text further sets the manner for delivery (including mandatory deadlines, see article 3) and lays down instructions for completion of these necessary waste management and waste movement documents.
