Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the general and more specific/special conditions to be applied on sanitary-hygiene issues related to animal feed.
The rules here stipulated are relevant to the use of HACCP standards and shall apply to all stages of production, processing and transport of feed and feeding of animals used for food production (food safety, residues).
The exceptions are listed in the article 2.
