Regulation on hygienic and technical, labor and other conditions which must be fulfilled at border crossings with organized phytosanitary inspection.

This Regulation provides the necessary hygienic-technical, labor and other conditions to be respected and implemented at border crossings with existing organized phytosanitary inspection (checks/sanitary inspections carried out under the supervision of the border phytosanitary inspectors), on all border crossings through which the import, transit and export of plants, plant products and related regulated objects and substances can be performed.
