Abstract
This Regulation determines the details in relation to the execution of provisions prescribed by the Law on the manner and conditions of recognition of rights and return of land that has passed into social ownership on the basis of agricultural land fund and confiscation due to unfulfilled obligations of obligatory purchase of agricultural products (Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 18/1991-42/1998). Effective ownership and legal successors are also key issues covered in this text.
