Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms for the detection of harmful organisms in potato tubers, called potato viroid spindle.
The rules here provided are aimed to be applied when entering the potatoes or potato seeds/planting material (plants of the genus Brugmansia Pers. and the species Solanum jasminoides Paxton) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; when performing the necessary phytosanitary inspections; and also prescribes the related administrative issues (certification of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and other documents).
