Regulation on the implementation of special phytosanitary examinations for the detection of the harmful organism Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veld sp. nov., as well as on measures to be taken in the event of that harmful organism.

This Regulation also determines the duties of phytosanitary inspectors when performing specific phytosanitary inspection over the presence of this harmful organism when entering and/or transporting/transiting of sensitive plants, wood and bark on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Hull, Camellia spp. L., Castanea sativa Mill., Fagus sylvatica L., Frangula californica (Eschsch.) Gray, Frangula purshiana (DC.) Cooper, Fraxinus excelsior L., Griselinia littoralis (Raoul), Hamamelis virginiana L., Heteromeles arbutifolia (Lindley) M. Roemer, Kalmia latifolia L., Laurus nobilis L., Leucothoe spp. D. Don, Lithocarpus densiflorus (Hook & Arn) Rehd., Lonicera hispidula (Lindl.) Dougl ex Torr & Gray, Magnolia spp. L. Micheli doltsopa Buch. - Ham.
