Regulation on the implementation of special phytosanitary examinations for the detection of the harmful organism Pepino mosaic virus, as well as on measures to be taken in the event of the spread of this harmful organism.

This Regulation defines the necessary rules and provisions for detection of the harmful organism called mosaic virus (Pepino mosaic virus) and regard the control over the entry of shipments (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia) of seeds of tomato Lycopersicon lycopersicum (L) Karsten ex Farw. Rules also related to the phytosanitary inspections and necessary documentation that proofs the established compliance with the prescribed phytosanitary conditions.
