Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the rules for the detection of harmful organisms such as pale potato cyst nematode Globodera pallida (Stone) Behrens and golden potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis (Wollenweber) Behrens.
This Regulation also provides the terms for the phytosanitary inspections; special review of phytosanitary practices on fields; and further offers a list of possible host plants as follows: Capsicum spp., Lycopersicon lycopersicum (L.) Karsten ex Farw, Solanum melongena L .; Alliumporrum L., Betavulgaris L., Brassica spp., Fragaria L., Asparagusofficinalis L .; bulbs, tubers and rhizomes bred in soil and intended for planting, other than those intended for sale to final consumers not involved in the production of the following plants or cut flowers: Allium ascalonicum L., Allium cepa L., Dahlia spp., Gladiolus Tourn . Ex L. Hyacinthus spp., Iris spp., Lilium spp., Narcissus L., Tulipa L.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
