Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary rules for detection of the harmful organism known as pine nematode-Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner et Buhrer) Nickle et al.
This Regulation also determines the related duties of the phytosanitary inspections; and specific plant health inspections in accordance with specified phytosanitary conditions for the presence of harmful organism when introducing the sensitive plants listed in the article 1 of this text (Abies Mill., Cedrus Trew, Larix Mill., Picea A. Dietr., Pinus L., Pseudotsuga Carr. and Tsuga Carr.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
