Regulation on incentive program for investments in agriculture in order to improve the competitiveness and the achievement of quality standards through support and improvement of the quality of wine and brandy.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, provides for rules regarding incentives for investment programmes in agriculture aimed to improve competitiveness and achieve quality standards, which also include support for investments in agricultural processing and marketing, as well as to establish and strengthen producer groups by supporting the improvement of wine and brandy. This text further sets the types, conditions and manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives for improving the quality of wine and brandy, and provides for application form for exercising the right to incentives and indicates related maximum amounts per single user of such incentives.
The Annex is part of this publication (Form 1 - Request for exercising the right to incentives to the producer of wine or brandy to improve the quality of wine or brandy; Form 2 - Request for exercising the right to incentives to the association of wine producers to improve the quality of wine; Form 3 - Request for exercising the right to incentives to the association of brandy producers for improving the quality of brandy; Annex 1 - Maximum incentive amounts for wine or brandy producers; Annex 2 - Maximum amounts of incentives for the association of wine producers or the association of brandy producers).
