Abstract
This Regulation determines the types of incentives for carrying out activities aimed at raising the necessary principle of competitiveness through the certification process for food quality systems, organic products and labeled agricultural and food products (such as foodstuff labeled with its geographical origin).
This text further sets the conditions, manner for obtaining the right to obtain incentives as well as the maximum amount of incentives per each user, administrative forms, and list of standards and names of certifications that are approved and considered under these provisions (see article 2).
Certification is here defined as the procedure of control and evaluation of the production process and of the obtained product, includes laboratory analyzes for quality control.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative form, request for incentives).
