Abstract
This Regulation here determines all types of incentives for the conservation of animal genetic resources, among necessary conditions, manner of vesting the right to incentives, application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as maximum amounts of incentives per beneficiary and per type of individual measure. Animal genetic resources, in terms of this text, are species and breeds as follows: Podolian cattle, busha, domestic buffalo, domestic - mountain horse, nonius, Lipizzaner, Balkan donkey, swine (denominated as mangulica-black, white and red strain), sheep such as moravka, resavka, pramenka (Pirot, Krivovir, bardoka, baljuša, vlašić, lipska, šarplaninska, vlaško vitoroga and Karakachanska sheep), Čokan cigaja, baura, Balkan goat, domestic white goat, poultry - Sombor kaporka, Banat gološian, Kosovo pevach and Svrljiška hens. Article 3 sets basic eligibility terms.
