Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the types of incentives aimed for improvement of economic activities in the countryside through support for non-agricultural activities, including conditions, manner and application form for exercising this kind of right to incentives, as well as maximum amounts of incentives per single eligible user. Incentives to improve rural economic activities through support for non-agricultural activities include investments in the following sectors: 1) rural tourism sector; 2) hunting tourism sector; 3) sector of old and artistic crafts, domestic handicrafts. Article 4 defines related eligible investment per each sector. The right to use incentives is granted for: 1) natural person - holder of a registered commercial family farm; 2) entrepreneur; 3) legal entity (company, agricultural cooperative and/or associations.
