Regulation on incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings for the procurement of new machinery and equipment for the promotion of digitization of livestock farming.

This Regulation sets out the rules regarding the state incentives for investments in physical farm assets for the purpose of procurement of new machinery and equipment for the promotion of digitalization of livestock farming on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
New machinery and equipment for the advancement of livestock digitization in agricultural production is here described as a milking machine that are first put into use and whose components are all new (see article 2 for detailed definitions).
This text also stipulates the necessary conditions and manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives; determines the application form, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per single user of beneficiary. List of issues or costs that are not eligible for incentives object of this Regulation are listed in article 3. Article 4 determines the potential users of these incentives, among minimum requirements.
