Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machinery and equipment for the improvement of primary agricultural production in livestock breeding.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives used as direct investments in physical property of Serbian based agricultural holding for the purpose of purchasing of new machinery and equipment aimed at improving the primary agricultural production of cattle (livestock breeding).
This text sets the detailed conditions and procedural manner for exercising these rights to request and obtain such incentives, maximum payable amount per each recognized user of incentives, and further provides for necessary administrative request forms.
