Regulation on incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machinery and equipment for the improvement of primary production of plant crops.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives for investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machinery and equipment for the improvement of primary crop production, the conditions, the method of exercising the right to incentives, the application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per beneficiary. These incentives include incentives for investments in the purchase of new machinery and equipment for: 1) primary production of plant crops in protected areas; 2) primary production of fruit and grapes; 3) primary production of vegetables, flowers, aromatic and medicinal herbs; 4) harvesting of fruits, grapes, vegetables, flowers, aromatic and medicinal herbs; 5) primary production of cereals, industrial and fodder crops; 6) soil cultivation, protection of plants from diseases and hail, weeds and pests, fertilization, harvesting and transport of primary agricultural products; 7) irrigation of plant crops.
