Regulation on incentives for investments in the physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of new machines, equipment and quality bottlenecks for the improvement of primary agricultural production.

This Regulation specifies the types of incentives aimed as support programmes related to the necessary improvement of the competitiveness through the grant of incentives for investments in physical property of agricultural holdings for procurement (purchase) of new machines and equipment and quality bottlenecks.
This Regulation further provides for conditions and correct manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives, as well as various administrative forms.
State incentives, object of this text are meant for cereals; industrial plants; aromatic and medicinal herbs; vegetables; fruits; grapes; flowers; milk (cow, sheep and goat); meat and eggs (fattening of cattle, livestock production); edible fish; honey and other bee products.
