Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the types of incentives aimed to offer support as investments in primary agricultural production, including the conditions and manner of exercising the right to obtain such incentives, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per user and for each type of measure.
Primary production of crops is: primary production of crops, including cereals, industrial crops, aromatic and medicinal herbs, vegetables, fruits, grapes, flowers; primary animal production is production of milk (cow and goat); production of meat (cattle fattening cattle, the production of piglets for fattening, breeding sheep and cattle for meat production), production of consumable fish, production of honey and other bee products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", in addition to the provisions of article 7, paragraph 1, item 4 and article 11 items 1 and 2 that will become applicable from 1 January 2015.
