Regulation on international certificate (catch certificate) on catches and list of fishery products for which these certificates are not necessary.

This Regulation prescribes the rules governing the necessary international catch certificates for the purpose of import and re-export of fish stock and deriving fish products.
These rules are in relation with the necessary confirmation process aimed proving the international compliance as regards the fish origin and marking of fish products (also for the purpose of aquaculture and fish farming production and trade).
This text further defines the official list of fishery products for which the above mentioned certificates are not necessary.
The Annexes are also part of this publication (full certification forms; forms used as reporting sheets; list of fishery products excluded from the mandatory certification obligations).
