Regulation on investment incentives for the improvement and development of rural infrastructure.

This Regulation prescribes the types of incentives for investments in the improvement and development of rural infrastructure, the conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives, the application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per beneficiary. Investment incentives for the improvement and development of rural infrastructure are incentives for investments in the construction and equipment of facilities: 1) for water supply; 2) road infrastructure; 3) for storage and processing of agricultural products. Investments and eligible costs that are the subject of incentives are given in the Annex (List of eligible investments and costs for the improvement and development of rural infrastructure).
