Regulation on joint provision and implementation of waste management.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Serbian Law on waste management, establishes the list of all waste and sanitary-waste collection, transfer and management sites present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and related local self-government waste deposits, here re-grouped in joint waste management units. This text determines to which regional sanitary landfill a local self-government unit shall dispose the waste, in case they have not jointly provided and organized the implementation of waste management by different agreements.
