Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content and manner of keeping the register of issued licenses for the management of packaging waste on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Permits for packaging waste management shall be approved and registered by the competent Ministry responsible for environmental protection.
Register can be kept in electronic form.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
