Regulation on the keeping of the wine register, as well as on the application form for entry into the wine register

This Regulation prescribes all necessary provisions aimed to determine the content and manner of handling the Wine Register, as well as the application form for registration into the Wine Register (Serbian National Wine Register).
Wine Register shall contain the following issues: data on producer and packager (name, seat, address, registration number, tax identification number); data on production, raw materials and finished products; data on manufacturing plants and warehouses; data on technological equipment for processing and packaging of wine; data on dishes for production, aging and storage (keeping) of wine and other products; data on laboratory instruments; data on applied or registered trademarks; information on quality standards and certificates; data on annual sales and number of bottles; and other.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
