Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on energy, specifies the conditions for issuing, amending and revocation of a license for the performance of energy activities, the content of the request for issuance of such license, the content of the request for issuance of the minutes of competent inspector and the evidence attached to the request, as well as the manner of keeping the register of issued and revoked energy activity licenses. This text further regulates the certification procedure for operators of electricity transmission system, i.e. the natural gas transport system, the content of the request for certification, the content of the decision on certification and the documents attached to related requests.
