Regulation on limit values for emissions of pollutants into the air from combustion plants.

This Regulation prescribes the limit values for emissions of pollutants into the air if deriving from combustion plants located on the territory of the Republic of Serbia; and also defines the manner and deadlines for data submission. This text further determines the necessary procedure for determining the total annual emission from such combustion plant.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to combustion plants, which may be classified as large combustion plants, medium combustion plants and small combustion plants. Emission of pollutants into the air from combustion plants is determined by measuring and/or calculation of emission parameters based on obtained measurement results. Measurement of pollutant emissions is performed by measuring devices, at measuring points, by applying the prescribed measurement methods in accordance with the provisions of the national regulations governing the measurement of air pollutant emissions from stationary pollution sources.
