Abstract
This Regulation establish the List of harmful organisms and the List of plants, plant products and regulated objects, which are here defined as harmful organisms and whose introduction into, and spread within is banned.
The Annex contains the all Lists above mentioned.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, except for parts 9(b), point 13(b) and point 18.3. of the List which will apply from 1 January 2015.
