Abstract
This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Serbian Law on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants, determines the manner for assigning names to varieties of agricultural plants. Rules here provided are regarding the codification and possible alphabetic order for creating official plant variety names (article 3 list all main requirements).
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the list of related species divided by classes).
