Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner of exchange of information on measuring points in state and local networks and on adopted measurement techniques, as well as the manner of exchange of data obtained by monitoring of air quality in state and local networks.
The air quality information system, in accordance with the national Air protection Law, represents an integral part of the unique environmental protection information system and shall contain the following data: 1) data of the state network and local networks for air quality monitoring, as well as data obtained by measurements performed by authorized operators; 2) data on substances that deplete the ozone layer; 3) data from the National Inventory of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and the quantities of these gases removed through gas pitting; 4) data from the National Inventory of Unintentionally Released Long-Term Organic Pollutants; 5) measures and plans for protection and improvement of air quality; 6) measures and plans for climate change mitigation; 7) measures and plans for the protection of the ozone layer; 8) data on exceeding concentrations dangerous to human health and measures for protection of human health and environment in such cases; 9) data on state administration bodies and authorized legal entities that perform air quality monitoring and measurement of pollutant levels and related emissions; 10) data from the register of air pollution sources; 11) data on the performed inspection supervision and adopted measures; 12) other possible data relevant to air quality.
State bodies and organizations, operators and authorized legal entities are obliged to timely and free of charge submit such data within their competence, as well as other data necessary for maintaining the air quality information system, that is held and maintained by the Serbian Environmental Protection Agency, also for the purpose of preparing of thematic plans and reports. This text also list the relevant standards that shall be adopted in such data exchange and collection process (see article 4).
