Abstract
This Regulation sets out the procedural manner for exercising the right to obtain basic incentives in crop production sector on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This text further determines the type of forms to be submitted in order to officially request and realize those incentives.
The right to incentives is exercised by submitting a claim for exercise incentive rights to the national Ministry of Finance and Economy (Treasury Directorate). This kind of request or application is submitted once a year, in two copies, from 1 May until 30 June of the same year.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing samples of administrative forms).
