Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary conditions and manner of exercising the right to obtain incentives for animal husbandry, here in particular for fattening cattle, fattening pigs and fattening sheep/goat. The text further provides for application forms to be submitted (to the national Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Agrarian Payments Directorate) for the purpose of realization of above mentioned state incentives.
These incentives are meant for all legal person, entrepreneurs and natural persons that are considered as holders of commercial or family agricultural holdings.
