Abstract
This Regulation defines the rules to be observed when performing the non-commercial transport of pets (from Serbia) into the state that is member of the European Union (except for Ireland, Great Britain and Sweden).
The rules here adopted are in accordance with the European parliament Regulation EC 998/2003 and EC 2004/2003 and refers to the following animal species: dogs, cats and animals of the marten family.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
