Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, prescribes the manner for keeping and sets the appearance of records on landfills and dumpsites if situated on the territory or area of a local self-government unit of the Republic of Serbia.
This text further determines related manner and deadlines for the submission of such data and records. These records are kept electronically, by entering data into the information system of the National Register of Environmental Pollution Sources, which is kept by the Serbian Environmental Protection Agency. These records shall be submitted to the above mentioned Agency each year by 31 March (data that shall regard the previous calendar year).
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing samples of related forms as specified in article 3).
