Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, determines several rules and procedures as regards the manner of performing periodic inspection on devices for application of plant protection products, including rules on time periods for performing such inspections and relative certificates of functionality (device label or mark), and sets the manner of necessary data collection and reporting on performed periodic inspections. This text further defines rules regarding the application of devices already in use, for which periodic inspection shall not be performed.
