Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and provisions aimed to correctly define the maximum allowed quantity of residues (plant protection products) in food and feed for which the maximum allowed quantity of residues is also subject to official controls already determined by other legal documents.
This Regulation will not apply to the products that are not intended for any sort of final human consumption.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
