Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary measures for the prevention and suppression of trichinosis (Trichinella) in animals on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
In areas where the trichinosis occurs frequently, and in case of need, extra control performances will be implemented (domestic swine and other animals).
In order to determine the degree of prevalence of trichinosis in wild mammals, all organizations managing over the hunting grounds, and organizing the hunt, when hunting carnivores and omnivores, have to perform the mandatory examination for trichinosis.
