Abstract
This Regulation lists the rules aimed at conserving and protecting the fish fund of the Republic of Serbia.
This text sets the permanent and temporary ban for several fish species (articles 1 and 2); sets the rules as regards the prohibitions and bans in recreational or sports fisheries, rules on tools and equipment that can be used for the performance of such activities (articles 3, 4); fishing ban in relation to the minimum size of certain fish species and maximum allowable catch (articles 5, 6 and 7).
Article 10 states that the provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to the fish produced in fishponds and on fish that derives from import.
Entry into force notes
This text entered into force eighth days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it shall start applying on 1 January 2016.
