Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the extent detection, prevention and combat measures against the spread of the harmful organism Clavibacter michiganensis (Smith) Davis et al. spp. sepedonicus (Spieckermann et Kotthoff) Davis et al. the causal agent of potato ring rot, including the method of determining the boundaries of infected and threatened areas, the conditions for ending the imposed measures as well as the manner of notification of the measures taken (measures such as the screening tests, and other scheme of tests).
