Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the necessary measures for the detection, containment and suppression of all species and subspecies of Xylella fastidiosa bacteria (Wells et al.), including the method of determining the boundaries of infected and/or endangered areas, or areas without any previous presence of this harmful organism, and further stipulates the terms for ending the imposed measures, as well as the manner of notification of the measures that are taken under the provisions here defined.
