Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the extent detection (measures such as the screening test), prevention and combat measures against the spread of the harmful organism Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. (the causal agent of brown rot in potato tubers and causal agent of bacterial wilt of potato and tomato, including the method of determining the boundaries of infected and threatened areas, the conditions for ending the imposed measures as well as the manner of notification of the measures taken.
