Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the extent detection, prevention and combat measures against the spread of the harmful organism fungus named Gibberella circinata Nirenberg & O'Donnell on susceptible plants, including the method of determining the boundaries of infected and threatened areas, the conditions for ending the imposed measures as well as the manner of notification of the measures taken.
Sensitive plants are the plants of the genus Pinus L. and the species Pseudotsuga menziesii intended for planting, including seeds and cones intended for use as propagation material.
