Regulation on measures for detection, prevention and combating the spread of Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc. (the causal agent of potato cancer), the method of determining the boundaries of infected, endangered and areas without harmful organism, the conditions for termination of the ordered measures and manner of notification of the measures undertaken.

This Regulation defines the measures for detecting, preventing and combating the spread of Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb.) Perc. (the causal agent of potato cancer) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, further defining the necessary methods for determining the boundaries of infected and endangered areas and areas without any confirmed presence of these harmful organisms, also providing the conditions for ending the imposed measures and other relevant issues such as special potato monitoring program in accordance with plant health protection measures.
