Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on wild animals and hunting, determines the necessary method for the establishment of hunting area and hunting grounds, including specific conditions for conducting hunting management. This text also defines the procedure for conducting public announcements, the procedure for granting and withdrawing the granted right to manage certain hunting ground, the content of related contracts, the amount of appropriate guarantees that must be provided by a legal entity before concluding a contract, as well as terms and conditions for leasing of declared hunting grounds.
