Regulation on minimum technical conditions for trade at purchase points.

This Regulation specifies the minimum technical conditions for trade at purchase points where agricultural products and domestic animals are purchased from agricultural producers, in terms of space, devices and equipment, as well as methods of sale. The provisions of this text do not apply to commodity exchanges, fairs, other economic exhibitions and traditional manifestations, markets and wholesale markets, which are governed by special regulations. The minimum technical conditions in the sense of this text are the conditions related to: space, that is, premises, equipment, devices, external features of the space, the way of selling goods, equipment and devices for storing goods. The subjects of trade are agricultural products obtained by growing plants, including harvesting and harvesting of fruits, as well as domestic animals.
