Abstract
This Regulation prescribe oenological practices and oenological methods for the production of grape must, wine and other products (including various technical aspects of wine and winemaking except vine-growing and grape-harvesting; certain labelling issues; and adopted international principles, known as International Oenological Codex).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
