Regulation on the operation and conduction of expert advisory activities in private forests.

This Regulation sets the principles and determines the rules for the correct conduction of expert advisory activities in private owned forests (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia).
This text closely stipulates the direct obligations of forest owners in terms of: development of forest management programmes; temporary forest management programs and annual management plans for forest owners; development of programmess for raising new forests and improvement of the state of existing private forests; protection of forests from fire; selection, marking and recording of trees for cutting; monitoring the impact of biotic and abiotic factors on the health state of the forest; stamping of the cut wood and issuing a copy; notifying the competent authority about illegal actions; and many other.
