Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various rules in terms of phytosanitary inspection of plants, plant products and related regulated objects in international traffic.
This Regulation closely defines the administrative issues, application form for inspection of consignments, official deadlines, conditions for importers, concrete phytosanitary inspection provisions to be observed, sampling methods, and phytosanitary certification related provisions.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
